Intended Use:

CPV Antigen is a highly contagious virus that commonly causes Gl disease in young,
unvaccinated dogs. Presenting signs include anorexia,lethargy,vomiting,and diarrhea,which is often hemorrhagic.

Canine Distemper Virus Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of canine Distemper virus antigen (CDV Ag) in secretions from dog's eyes, nasal cavities, and anus or in serum, plasma specimen.

 

1.Collect dog's fresh feces or vomit with the cotton swab stick from dog's anus or from the ground.
   Canine Distemper virus antigen (CDV Ag) in secretions from dog's eyes, nasal cavities, and anus or in serum, plasma specimen.

2. Insert swab into buffer tube and stir to make sample released sufficiently, squeeze out the fluid in swab on the test tube wall as much as possible and discard the swab.
3.Take out the test device from the foil pouch and put on a flat surface,add 4 drops of samples into sample well marked "S"on the device.
4.Read the result of color change in T line and C line within 15 minutes. Color change after 15 minutes shall not be taken as valid result.
